The title obviously implies “YES” answers based on a wide variety of terrestrial intelligences (ant colonies, dolphins, companies made up of humans plus tech, broad definitions of computation and intelligence involved in evolution, fuzziness about the lines of “human” as we had multiple closely related species at one point, etc.) but rather than asking,
“Has non-terrestrial intelligence influenced Earth?”
He asks about “non-human” at the top and then hides an exception for nonhuman life and our creations at the bottom of the description. This directly contradicts the obvious meaning of the title.
Many people vote or bet without fully reading long descriptions so this will get extra YES votes which he can then use to mean respondents believe in aliens or supernatural beings (which he also thinks are aliens).
