Trump is clearly in the middle stage of Alzheimer's. In which year will he "step back from public appearances"?

I'm only providing answers up to 2028 because that's as long as he likely has to live.
The question closes end of this year, but will be resolved when he has to retreat from public life (or is forced to by his handlers), dies or Jan 1, 2029. His press statement doesn't have to use my exact wording.
This question is not dependent on Trump being president, being drummed out by the 25th Amendment, squirreled away like Wilson after his stroke with the country run by whichever quisling or toady comes out on top, or his being imprisoned either in a jail or at one of his mansions.
This question is managed and resolved by Manifold.
