Will still resolve yes if the event is not held precisely on the South Lawn, or literally at the White House as long, as it is a special UFC event in DC commemorating America's 250th anniversary and is nearby the White House.
Resolves yes even if the event is not literally called UFC White House (e.g. it is advertised as UFC MAGA etc) as long as it is still at or near the White House.

McGregor himself has acknowledged this and called it "heart-breaking," saying he is targeting International Fight Week in July instead. Multiple sources confirm (Bloody Elbow, MMA Mania, SportBible). The residual 7-8% should be closer to 2-3% — it would take an unprecedented last-minute card change for a fighter who has no bout agreement for this event.
