The market resolves Yes if, at 11:59 PM UTC on December 31, 2026, OpenAI's latest generally available flagship model that is available through the OpenAI API is not available through a Cursor subscription.
BYOK (bring your own key), OpenRouter, or any other similar arrangement does not count; the market is concerned only with cases where the balance on the Cursor account is used to pay for OpenAI's models.
