1. "AI-operated haircut": An Artificial Intelligence system that includes the necessary hardware and software to perform a full haircut autonomously, without human intervention.

2. "Easily book": The service should be accessible to the general public and should not require special privilege or status to book. The booking process should be as straightforward as booking a traditional haircut.

3. "At least two different cities": The service must be available and operational in at least two different cities, not limited to a single location.

4. "Through an app, website, or phone call": These are the common mediums for booking services in today's digital age. The booking should be achievable through at least one of these mediums.

5. "Commercially available": The AI system must be available for use by the general public, not just in a research or development environment, and should be a part of a legitimate business operation.

6. "By the end of 2025": The AI system must be commercially available and operational on or before December 31, 2025.

7. Judgement: Evidence of the AI system's commercial availability and operation will be gathered from reliable sources such as news articles, company announcements, customer reviews, or direct product/service listings.
