The creator clarified in the thread that the burden of proof is on YES traders and that the videos have to reach the 1B milestone before the market ends.
I see 5 live comments in the thread and no submitted platform links or resolver-ready proof for a qualifying same video / compilation at 1B views.
OpenAI's Sora help article says the Sora web/app experiences were discontinued on Apr 26, 2026 and the API is scheduled for Sep 24, 2026. That does not make YES impossible, but it weakens the post-April app/distribution path.
I did find public Sora/Jake Paul 1B-view claims, but the visible claim I could verify describes roughly 6,500 Sora videos generating 1B aggregate views, not a linked same video or qualifying compilation. If someone has platform-level links for a qualifying video/compilation, that seems like the key YES evidence to add here.

@Dulaman I imagine burden of proof would be on the YES traders, and if they couldn't prove it within a week or two of the deadline passing then it would resolve NO
@Dulaman i feel this is quite obvious and a common practice for questions of this sort, but just for the sake of clarity, yes the burden of proof is on Yes traders and the videos have to reach the 1 billion milestone before the end of the market
