No, it doesn't count. The feature has to be available to all paid users.
What happens if the feature is still being rolled out?
Then it also doesn't count. Only when all paid users get access would it count.
Does it have to be over the current MidJourney domain?
No, but it has to be a MidJourney app and not a partnership where they just provide APIs
