@AliceRyhl This is a rejected appeal of a dismissal of a counterclaim by trump, so not strictly a failure of an appeal if this initial verdict.
That being said, the July 19th ruling seems to be a failure of appeal as well.
To my knowledge there is still ongoing litigation of the expanded defamation lawsuit by Carrol but no appeals of the initial verdict?
