How to sign up: go to the tournament page, hit Join, and enter your Manifold username β€” before July 18, 23:59 ET.

Each "N+" answer resolves YES if the participant count on the tournament page is at least N when signups close July 18, and NO otherwise β€” each threshold resolves independently (e.g. 30 signups resolves 10+ and 25+ YES, 50+ and 100+ NO).

Host reserves the right to exclude troll signups (spam accounts, obvious sockpuppets, signups made just to game this market) from the count. Note this market is self-referential: signing up moves its own answer.

Help me understand what I'm looking at. I don't think I follow.

But tl;dr I built a site that heavily uses the Manifold API where you can run tournaments.

If somebody signs up and only trades on this market of the tournament markets, will you disqualify them. I didn't join to manipulate this market, but I have yet to see any other market that I can meaningfully trade on.

Just to be clear, the meta markets give profits independently of the tournament exepting that they resolve based on the tournament, but the mana is above and separate from teh tournament prizes. Right?

@JussiVilleHeiskanen I think what you’re saying is right - all these markets are just regular manifold markets, so any profit you make you keep as normal. But the person with the most profit across all tournament markets gets the 1st place prize, 2nd the 2nd, etc.

You do have to sign up on the site to be eligible though!
