I built Manifold Tournaments: an unofficial site for running tournaments on top of Manifold markets. Pick a set of markets, set prizes, and the site computes a live leaderboard from traders' total profit across those markets. Anyone can create a tournament!
To launch it, I'm running The Introductory Tournaments Tournament β a meta-tournament where every market is about the tournament itself. Bet on how many people sign up, which bugs get found (finding them pays), which suggested feature ships first, and who wins the whole thing.
The details:
ποΈ Signups open now through July 18; tournament runs July 18β25
ποΈ Sign up yourself on the tournament page β hit Join and enter your Manifold username
π° Prizes: π₯ M500 Β· π₯ M250 Β· π₯ M100
π M50 bounty per confirmed bug you find in the site
ποΈ M500 bounty for the best new tournament created on the site by July 25
Tournament page (signup, live leaderboard, all markets): https://www.sidequests.space/manifoldtournaments/tournament.html?id=4
If you'd rather run a tournament than play in one, the create-tournament page is open to everyone β and the best new tournament takes home that M500. π
@AlanTennant Ah yea because the profits are computed per-market, if you add popular tags it's unfortunately too much to handle - I can't spam the Manifold API that much to compute results.
