This market resolves to YES, if Destiny is live on his YouTube channel 4 times in the same day, the streams have to start on the same day.

Resolves to NO, if the requirements aren't met.

Does restarting a stream count? Also internet issues kill his stream and he comes back 5 minutes later, does that count?

@PunishedFurry yes that's basically the requirements otherwise it would clearly resolve to NO.
