YES

Resolves YES if, at the end of season 4, there is no system for leagues to have owners, sponsors, or individuals betting on them.

Resolves NO if they still have owners, or if they can have multiple owners.

Even if the payout system is changed drastically, or ownership becomes functionally useless, as long as users still own leagues, it resolves NO.

Edit to clarify: If it is removed and added back in, it resolves NO.

Is there some sort of confirmation I didn’t see that warrants such high confidence it’s not coming back in some altered form by the end of the season? Even if admins are leaning no, 98% seems pretty high.
