Resolves YES if:
- At any point before close date, there are traders in a league above Masters AND that league is called one of the below (not case sensitive):
a. Grandmasters

b. Grandmaster

c. Grand Masters

d. Grand Master

Resolves NO if:
- There are traders in a league above Masters but it is not called one of those names.
- There is a league called Grandmasters above where Masters was, but Masters is renamed in the same season to something else, and Grandmasters is never directly above Masters.

If there is no league above Masters by close date (end of Oct 2023), resolves N/A. This includes if Manifold removes leagues or the Masters league.

"above" is defined as "traders from the league below (in this case, Masters) can promote into it." It need not be in the same season, Platinum is above Bronze even though it takes min 2 promotions to get from Bronze to Platinum. So if Manifold adds "Emerald" above Masters and then adds "Grandmasters" above that, it will still count for YES.
