Resolves NO, eliminates from play in contention

@SemioticRivalry - According to the latest playoff situation, the Brooklyn Nets can resolve "No", and the Oklahoma City Thunder and Minnesota Timberwolves can resolve "Yes".

As of THIS official NBA page, the Memphis Grizzlies have been mathematically eliminated, and can resolve as NO.

@SemioticRivalry - According to the current standings, the following teams have now clinched a playoff place (indicated by ps) and can resolve "Yes": Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers, New York Knicks, Orlando Magic and Denver Nuggets.
