Currently very weak A1 even after being in South America for a month. I have done 1 week of classes, may do more in future. Otherwise practicing mostly input and trying to speak to locals where possible. Realistically can solo practice about 30 min-1 hr per day (incl conversation with my partner who is also learning) at most.
Resolves by subjective assessment or any other free/<$10 assessment I can find in the given time.

I'm struggling with the grammar: by the website Kwiziq'sstandards, I'm only 60% through being done with A1 standard. I have about a month left of studying which will get further cut down by travel time, work, Christmas and other activities.
On the bright side, I recently managed to get through interviews on a small Argentinian's tv and radio station (they don't get many foreigners there), so I'm pretty happy with how the speaking/listening is going ๐
Started using the Refold method, which I think I can recommend but not 100% sure yet. Feels a little backward to have started immersing in the country first and speaking broken spanish then focusing on listening afterwards. Has helped to be living with a Spanish family this past week though; am able to understand more slow conversations and questions than before
