My answer would be that while general intelligence is a real thing, a particular combination of neurodiversity causes my intelligence to be incommensurable with that of most people. The psychologists my school sent me to in kindergarten had never seen a breakdown of subscales anything like mine.

What is your idea of "general intelligence" that allows for such an case?
