I'm new to this. The question is will Biden declare a national FEMA EMERGENCY, that means will Biden declare an emergency that includes all 10 FEMA regions. I post this question because of something I read in the King James version Bible. Apparently the governor of States with an emergency must ask Biden to approve FEMA intervention. I bet yes because I think that America will divide into 10 political subdivisions and region 4, 6 and 7 will break away from the Union. The resolution will be honest.

@SentientTree Why? Give them a chance, and ask clarifying questions or suggest examples (e.g. how they would resolve in x situation) if you feel you need to.

We will re-resolve it if they obviously resolve incorrectly. Alternatively, @ScottWard if you want to cancel this market and create it again with more clear criteria, we can do that for you. (Though, please request it before the election)

@ScottWard That’s different than a state of national emergency to be clear. FEMA requires the states to declare states of emergency and request assistance.

There has never been a "national FEMA emergency" ever before in history, right? What would that even mean
