Resolves YES if Biden issues a self-pardon, even if later overridden by courts or otherwise revoked. Otherwise resolves NO when Biden ceases to be president.

Since I don't see any plausible way the resolution could be ambiguous, I'll be betting in this market freely.

How does this resolve if Kamala temporarily assumes the powers of the Presidency (as she did during Biden's last colonoscopy) and pardons Biden during that time?

@Boklam There's been various news recently related to his handling of classified documents during the time in between being VP and being P. It's extremely politically salient; I have no opinion on its actual legal relevance.
