Will Manifold officially enable cash withdrawals to user accounts (not just charities) any time before June 7th (which is when Manifest is scheduled to start)? Cash withdrawals must be an active part of the Manifold UI users could theoretically use, even if at the time of launch users may not be eligible to do so (e.g. if no Prize Markets have resolved yet).
