Resolves YES if, at any point between market creation and market close, the Springfield-Greene County Library has 10 or more unique video game titles in its collection that can be checked out by patrons. Multiple versions of the same game for different consoles (e.g. Minecraft for Switch and PS5) count as only one unique title. Non-circulating materials that have to stay in the library building do not count.
Both physical and digital games count. However, digital games count only if individual patrons can check them out or access them through a library-managed digital lending platform. Something like the library providing access to GamePass would not count.
For the purposes of this market, a "video game" is a video game software title designed for video game consoles or personal computers. Stuff like DVD games and single-program electronic toys do not count.
Otherwise, resolves NO at market close.
