Resolution criteria:
Median price will be taken from REINZ data (see https://www.interest.co.nz/charts/real-estate/median-price-reinz)
Market resolves YES if the median NZ house price is at or lower than NZ $677,400 (the price at 31 August 2020) by 31 August 2023.
Market resolves NO if the median NZ house price remains higher than NZ $677,400 by 31 August 2023.
I will not be adjusting for inflation.
