This is a negotiated settlement between @koadma, @retr0id, and @LoganTurner intended to finish FOLDED Season One. It will pay out as soon as all of the following conditions are met:

1. This bounty reaches 96k mana, which is collateral from each player (31999 from @koadma, 32000 from @retr0id, and 32001 from @LoganTurner).

2. At least one of the three players resigns or otherwise drops out from FOLDED.

3. If the first two conditions are not both met before 23:59 UTC on 2025-10-29, the bounty expires and all mana is returned.

4. Either @Bandors himself or the clear game winner confirms that the grand prize (48k mana expected) has been sent to the winner.

If two players drop out on the same day, or if @koadma drops out alone, the payout will be:

• winner: none

• other: 16k + 32k returned

• other: 16k + 32k returned

If one player (not @koadma) drops out alone, the penalty payout will be:

• @koadma: 32k returned

• player who drops out: 32k + 32k returned

• other: none

If the grand prize is somehow less than 48k mana (confirmed by @Bandors), the non-collateral portions will be rescaled proportionally to the prize, and the remainder will go to the winner.

This settlement will be amended if an active player suggests a change in the comments and the other two reply "I agree".
