The Millennium Prize problems are meant to be the updated version of Hilbert's problems for the 21st century. Will they all be solved once the century is over? If the Clay Mathematics Institute still exists, this will resolve based on whether they have officially recognized all the problems as being solved. Otherwise, it resolves based on the consensus of the mathematical community.
