Resolves YES if a reputable source (in my subjective judgement) reports that 10,000 or more North Korean soldiers are deployed in active military action (not training, not logistics) by Oct 30th 2025

Since this will most likely not have perfect information to resolve, I reserve the right to resolve 50%, N/A in edge cases. I won't trade in this market.
