It seems that Syria changed its flag after the fall of the Assad regime. I will resolve YES when we have an official statement on this matter.

Do you consider the South Sudan color change to be a change? I believe no particular shade of blue was prescribed before, but a dark blue was by far the most common choice.

@Eiim Thanks for the idea, but I don't think standardization counts as a change. Now we have a more obvious flag change, however
