Consider this a, "check box," style form.

The two options are:

1. YES

2. NO

If, "YES" has more likes, then the market resolves YES, otherwise it resolves NO. A 50/50 split will resolve N/A.

Complicating factors:

• Depending upon what happens, if the two options are very close, then which one gets ultimately selected may have much to do with precisely when I do the final tally, which could vary from second to second.
