Monkey D. Dragon hasn't really done anything of importance in years. But this is the Year of the Dragon! Will he take some sort of action other than concernedly look into the distance?
Resolves YES if he does "something". I'll resolve to my discretion, but things like actively mobilizing the Revolutionary Army would count as some sort of action.
Resolves NO if he is never shown before the deadline, or if he dies.
Resolves N/A if the One Piece manga is cancelled.
