In chapter 1107, Caribou asked to be able to meet with Teach and tell him about 2 of the ancient weapons. Will they meet before 2024 ends?
Resolves YES if they meet in at least 1 panel. Non-request cover stories do count. They don't need to exchange any of the information promised by Caribou, they just need to meet face to face.
