How many controversial/arbitrary/criticized changes and features will Elon introduce to Twitter/X before the year ends? I'm talking about things like Rate Limits, Creators earning ad revenue, and tweets being unreachable without making an account.
If the name change had happened after the posting of this market, it would have counted as 1, but any subsequent naming changes (like changing the "retweet" button to "re-x") will not count.
The number of changes is counted from the time this market is being posted (July 29th) until the end of the year. If a change is announced, but not implemented, it does not count.

Writing a short recap as the year is almost over.
1. The "View post engagements" UI change didn't seem to pass (I can't see it in the app, nor the browser)
2. Blocking is still available.
3. No "Media Grid" display has been added.
4. The ability to hide likes for Premium users seems to have been added.
5. Audio/Video Calls. Some news outlets write that the feature has been released on iOS devices, but so far I haven't seen a single video of a call taking place on the Twitter/X app. If anyone can confirm or deny, please let me know.
6. Deprecated Circles.
7. Posts corrected by Community Notes are not eligeble for monitization (not an easy thing to check from the outside, so I'm taking twitter's word that this is actually the case). Thanks @VAPOR for bringing it up.
These are the changes "of note" that I remember reading about. If other changes had been carried out, let me know. Nonetheless, it doesn't mean these are controversial changes per se.
Out of these, only numbers 4, 6, and 7 have actually been introduced in 2023, and I personally only find number 6 to have displayed a high degree of controversy. I'd be willing to Resolve this to option 1-2. What do you think @traders?
There's the recent one where they're demonetizing posts which get corrected by community notes...
I think though there might be a way to resolve this market accurately with regards to controversy, using some external proof...
... judging by your comments, you are looking at very many things being notable, like you could go 7+ things where it's really more like 5 controversial things
Seems subjective I mean, but good market idea
+1? Doesn't appear immediately "controversial", but we'll have to see.
I'd argue this would count as +1 if it comes out
