Resolves YES if the Tory party are the second largest party in terms of Westminster seats following the next general election. Resolves NO if they are either the largest party, or are third largest or smaller.
In the event of their being a tie for second largest party, this will be left unresolved pending a duck test (e.g. leading Prime Minister's Questions) that satisfies me either way.
Close date will be brought forward to choose of polls on polling day when that is announced.
