This question resolves YES if the commons votes to confirm his suspension, or if it is approved "on the nod" without a division.

@juneberry Sorry for not responding to this, I never got a notification for some reason. Fortunately it didn’t come up, but a resignation would negate the need for a suspension so it would have meant a NO resolution. Probably a good alternate market to consider for next time.

Party whip has been withdrawn, suspension is all but certain to pass the commons.
