The union representing SFUSD teachers has called a strike for Monday, February 9. This question asks about the number of calendar days of school that are canceled or substantially disrupted (many students cannot attend, many classes canceled) due to the strike. If the union and district reach a settlement before the strike begins all options resolve NO. If the strike results in more than 30 days of school being canceled or disrupted, all options resolve YES.

@NicholasWeininger school confirmed closed friday, you can resolve this one https://www.sfusd.edu/announcements
@RuthGraceWong Yeah I am an SFUSD parent too and on the same mailing and text lists you are. :) Resolved since they decided to keep schools closed today despite the deal, sigh. I will wait to resolve the rest till Wednesday when our kids are actually back in school, that's how little I trust them to keep their word at this point.
