@JosephNoonan They've been saying last quarter of 2023 or first quarter of 2024. Note that Unit 3 has been marked "operational" on that website for over a month (maybe since its first grid connection in March?), but just reached 100% power on May 29th, and the Southern Company website still says it "projects a Unit 3 in-service date in June of 2023". So Unit 4 may be "operational" well before it goes into commercial operation.
