What are your resolution criteria? Filing actual paperwork to run, being on the ballot in X out of 50 states, just saying he's running?

@MattP I plan to resolve YES after some sort of official campaign launch. Filing papers alone wouldn't be enough, nor would an offhand "I'm running", and he doesn't need to make it onto any ballots - dropping out before Iowa is fine.

@NcyRocks gotcha - but filing official paperwork is a necessary (if not sufficient) condition for a YES resolution?
