This should resolve to no. There are multiple Apple devices (also β€œmainβ€œ ones, by any definition), which are and have been portless. (The Apple Watch losing its diagnostic port being the big one). Apple Vision Pro could be argued as well.

@TomCohen Good point! It even lost the hidden diagnostic port in 2021!

Also, the original HomePod had no user-accessible ports, but it too had a factory testing port glued under the touch panel.

Seems like that would be a violation of Europe law, no?

@BTE No! This law only applies to certain devices. Not to e.g. wearables.
