Incredibly, Trump's lawyers in the Colorado iteration of this case, probably the strongest so far, do not seem to know that the 14th amendment WAS NOT written by the founders but rather 100 years later. This is the best constitutional defense they can muster?? It is so bad they might be losing on purpose in hopes of getting it to the supreme court as fast as possible...
