What would make you increase this, other than hearing that I have funding?

@NathanpmYoung if you could put together a page with links to your requests for funding, it'd be much easier for me to analyze this.

If you put in a large subsidy, I'd be more willing to spend my own time digging through your Twitter/webzite/etc for the info.

As it sits, there's not enough money in it for me to spend the time to know if the current probability is fair or not.

@RobertCousineau your confusion is a little bit of info though, so I've bet it up a wee bit.
