I have vague plans to launch a deep tech climate-focused start-up in the next 3 years. I have one idea for it which I've been lightly investigating the last few months.

To resolve YES, I must be founder or co-founder of a legally incorporated company that has raised at least $100k in funding (grants, venture capital, etc.)
