This applies to my 2023 Tesla Model Y equipped with HW4. Yes is if I am able to take a road trip where FSD allows me to fall asleep at the wheel during any point of the journey.
No is if FSD still requires me to pay attention to the road, periodically touch the wheel, etc.

No level 5 licence so not supposed to happen, which is the way I read this.
I believe there are systems which check driver is paying attention even if it no longer requires periodic touch the wheel. So I don't think it is possible to do either.
