The us air force has confessed to having spotted UFOs and that having now been revealed to Congress could possibly change us policies. If Congress passes a bill pretaining to the existence of aliens by December 31st 2024 through at least on house of Congress then the answer to this question is yes. If no policy change is made by that date then it is a no.
