The FTC is suing Amazon. Will the FTC (and the other plaintiffs) receive their requested relief?
This market resolves YES if the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington grants a permanent injunction to Amazon to cease their unlawful conduct in any of the ways described in their complaint (pg. 151-152, bullets 1-14). This market will still resolve YES if only one of the bullet points is recognized by the court.
This market resolves NO if the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington decides against the plaintiffs on all of those 14 counts.
This market will resolve when the lawsuit is over.
