@MrLuke255 I just noticed that at least the top stocks in terms of traders are not #unranked. That's probably enough for a YES
@Shump According to a quick check I've just done, 15 out of the 1209 STONK markets are currently unranked.
Unsure why they were unranked or what would be required for this market - after all it does say "start" marking them as unranked. @MrLuke255 can clarify.
I wonder why these were unranked if it's not part of a general policy. A general policy would be easy to implement, so I'd kind of expect all or nothing.

@chrisjbillington What I meant when creating this question is to implement a general policy which applies to most of the markets. If taken seriously, I expect it implemented for all or at least most of the markets. Some of them were marked unranked after I specifically requested that, pointing out inconsistency in applying unranked/not subsidized status.
@Joshua So... if someone unranks nearly all of them, this markets resolves YES. Right now it seems to be a dead law
