SCOTUS is expected to rule "this month" (before the end of June) in the Grants Pass case.

A ruling in favor of Grants Pass would overturn 9th circuit precent, allowing municipalities to evict homeless encampments without providing alternative housing.

The market will resolve Yes if the court rules in favor of Grants Pass. It will resolve No otherwise (any other ruling, no ruling, or no decision in 2024 -- but decision expected to be reached much sooner).

In 2019 the Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal of the Martin v. Boise case that set the Ninth Circuit precedent here, but there have been two new justices since then.

Yes would overturn precedent in the Boise case.
