Will Malaysia OR another country (not Thailand) join BRICS in 2024?

The market will resolve YES if any country official joins BRICS (not announces it will join). Current members don't count, and neither does Thailand, which already indicated its intent to join. Malaysia will count, as it has expressed interested but not officially joined or expressed official intent to join.

I assume from your response that you think my question is spurious, and I've felt the same thing many times on my own markets, but we've all been burned by wording before.
@JoshuaWilkes OR is (obviously?) in Wittgensteins meaning of the word. OR you can just say "Will NOT ( Malaysia NOT join BRICS AND all other countries NOT join BRICS)."

@smokey btw, there's a question about whether Serbia will get an invite to BRICS before end Oct - no complicated logic is needed there, I think its way too high right now, about 50%
