I think it's quite clear.

I like to address all major possible cases.

If the law is struck down in court and Louisiana does not appeal that ruling, we can resolve the market early.

I think that's better than not making that clear up front.

If someone asks you a question about your market, it is usually not as clear as you think.

In this case, the issue is that you have two questions in the title, and they point in opposite sides - if the first one is true the market resolves YES, and if the second one is true the market resolves NO. And, on top of that, these two questions do not exhaust the possibilities, only the description does.

I agree with Conflux that the title is confusing. If you want to keep the court thing, you should do (resolves NO if struck down by the courts) or something.

And yeah I don't think there's in principle a clear difference between a rogue school doing it and the law being implemented in any classroom although idk if it's likely to matter in practice
