NO

The Tour de France is underway.

But more importantly... will the race be disrupted by protests, in case France descends into chaos, likely based on the contentious parliamentary election?

The Tour de France being disrupted by protesters... would be the most French thing ever.

We will resolve this as YES if
there are significant protests as reported by major media

a stage is moved or delayed by at least one day -- or cancelled -- because of the protests (unrelated to weather)

OR if a competitor is attacked by a protestor during a race, if a race is stopped mid-stage because of protestors, etc

Close cases will be resolved with common sense. But basically, will the protests or civil unrest move, cancel or seriously disrupt the bicycle race in a major way?

The only disruption was about a 15-minute disruption due to "climate protesters"

As I can not find any other disruption stories, will resolve this as NO.

Almost the same as this one:

yeah similar -- didn't see this one

although I explicitly say if a stage is moved and postponed while your market focuses on the rider being disrupted
