I am doing a 750m swimming, 20K on a bike, and 5K running with Nuño and Sasha next Sunday. I haven't been doing any endurance exercises since December but last April I completed the "7km every 4 hours for 48 hours" challenge and I lift regularly. Nuño and I just rented the bikes for tomorrow. The nail-damaged foot is alright, but I have notable discomfort around the big finger of another one.
