Resolves YES if the public company identified by the TSLA symbol is registered and governed by the state of Texas at any point in 2024. NO if end of 2024 is reached and it is not based in Texas. NA if TSLA ceases to exist, is taken private, or this market gets fewer than 20 traders.
If TSLA is renamed or split into multiple symbols, then resolves YES if any symbol issued to a TSLA shareholder as part of an official company motion is based in Texas.
If it's somehow unclear at end of 2024 whether this condition is met, resolves NO.
