By "selling cars" I mean deliver personal vehicles to people.

If they just make "robotaxis", even if sold to other companies (not made for personal use), the answer is no.

If they make/sell only robots and/or other products/services that are not cars, the answer is no.

If they only sell "semis" or "buses" by any normal meaning of those terms, the answer is no.
If they still sell cybertrucks, even if as a joke, the answer is yes.
If Tesla are out of business for any reason, including being renamed something other than Tesla, the answer is no.
