If you're making an attempt to the 2023 GPT-4 Sudoku Challenge, add your name to the list and buy some shares in yourself.

Resolves to the first person to post a "fixed prompt" in the comments as defined in ( /Mira/will-a-prompt-that-enables-gpt4-to ), and a puzzle that was generated after the comment using that prompt is solved and validated.

Puzzle can be from any reputable provider of Sudoku puzzles, and any difficulty as long as it is not trivial. (If humans are the audience, it is not trivial.)

Closes at the end of the year, but @Mira will make one last attempt after the main market closes if nobody finds a solution and it would count for this market.

The resolving solve was the December 7 puzzle which took $8 and 2.4 hours. Transcript is here.

I also have a solve on October 1 which doesn't qualify but shows that the solving is repeatable. And 2 failures on some more December puzzles that I'm still looking at.

But it has solved a single puzzle, as this market requires. And @EmilyThomas was the one that submitted it.

I have left a comment on the main market with a transcript for the December 7 puzzle, which was solved using Emily Thomas' technique.

I will wait on resolving this market to give people a chance to review it for mistakes, and so that I can test more puzzles.

Suppose someone else fixes the problems with Emily's prompt, then sends the solution to me and I post it. Would this market still resolve to my username?

@Joshua If it's a very minor variation(like just changing the token truncation), I would probably still consider it to be Emily's prompt. Or other small changes I might split the prize 95:5 or 90:10.
